Our How to Become a Home Inspector course will take you through the entire process of inspecting a home, delivering an inspection report, and composing yourself as an industry professional. Nationally recognized expert home inspector, Hollis Brown, will be your guide to getting your career off to a solid start.
Tuition: The Tuition for our "How to Become a Home Inspector" Course is $1,995 USD.
Payment Plan:
- $395 to be paid with registration. Registration is due one week before the first day of class.
- $200 weekly installments until balance is paid.
Final Exam: The Final Exam fee is $150, and is to be paid at the time of the exam. Please note that the final exam is required to complete your 72 hour training with the Home Inspector Training Academy.
The course and the final exam will prepare you to continue on to take the National Home Inspector Exam.
